This one is hella trippy. Just moving your head around while looking at it will cause the image to warp, but stare into the middle and you could see the black hole increase in size or the lines around it begin to rotate.
This is simply an illusion that demonstrates how lines which denote movement can be misinterpreted by our brains. Our brain looks at an image like this and feels like it should be moving, thus it simulates that sense of movement completely of its own accord. Amazing how simply we can be tricked, huh?
